Requesting a Ladycliff Transcript

Send a written request to

Include the following information in that request:
1. Name of school (the Sisters handle requests for a number of schools).
2. Maiden name or name as student
3. Year of graduation or years of attendance
4. Social Security Number
5. Name and address where Official Transcript is to be sent
6. A $10 check, made payable to Franciscan Sisters
